Yes. FLCR Roll Off Service is locally owned and operated in Plant City, Florida, and opened in December 2019. The owner, George, has over 30 years of experience working for and managing large waste and recycling companies. The company was founded to provide dependable, sensible dumpster services for residential customers.

Materials must not extend above the top edge of the container. For safety and legal transport, all loads must be tarped. If debris exceeds the top of the dumpster, it must be removed before pickup. If excess debris prevents safe transport, the customer is responsible for removing it. A $50 return trip fee will be charged to cover the cost of returning for pickup.

Our standard dumpster rental period is 14 days. If additional time is needed, we strongly recommend requesting extra days at the time of booking. This helps ensure the dumpster is not committed to another customer after the standard rental period. Additional fees apply, and availability is not guaranteed once the order is placed.

No. Being present during delivery or pickup is not required. However, our driver may contact you while on site to confirm proper placement of the dumpster if needed.

Most household, construction, and demolition debris is allowed, including: • Construction debris • Household junk • Furniture • Yard waste • Drywall, wood, and flooring materials If you are unsure about an item, please contact us before loading.

The following materials are prohibited: • Batteries • Tires • Liquids or drums containing liquids • Chemicals • Electronics • Asbestos Disposal of prohibited items may result in additional fees.

Yes. Each dumpster size includes a maximum allowable weight: • 20 Yard Dumpster: 4,000 lbs • 30 Yard Dumpster: 6,000 lbs • 40 Yard Dumpster: 8,000 lbs Anything over these limits is charged at $0.04 per pound. Most rentals do not exceed the included weight unless heavy materials are loaded.

By law, we can only transport loads up to 7,000 lbs. If a dumpster exceeds this limit: • The customer must offload excess material • A $75 trip fee applies • A $15 per day fee may be charged until the bin is brought within legal limits For 20-yard dumpsters, the maximum transportable weight is 5,000 lbs. Any load over this limit requires offloading by the customer.

No. We do not charge fuel surcharges or administrative fees. Pricing is transparent and based on rental duration, weight limits, and any additional services requested.

Delivery times depend on demand and equipment availability. Same-day delivery may be possible, but we recommend reserving your dumpster in advance to ensure availability.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery incur a $75 cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded
